Brush fires ignited across Southern California on Friday, April 3, with a blaze in Riverside County already growing to more than 2,500 acres. It comes as the region faces gusty winds on April 3, with some wind advisories in effect through Saturday, April 4, according to the National Weather Service. The fast-moving Springs Fire east of Moreno Valley grew to 2,817 acres as of 3:05 p.m.
