Frugal folks love to brag about how much they save when shopping at Costco and Sam’s Club. But if you need tires, you might want to skip making a purchase at those retailers. Neither of the warehouse clubs ranked highly for customer satisfaction with tire replacement services as part of the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Aftermarket Service Index Study. They didn’t even crack the top five.
