XJet (XJET) has filed to further downsize its proposed IPO to 1,000,000 shares at $4 per share. The company originally indicated a 2,000,000 share offering at $4-$6 per share, before bringing it down to 1,600,000 shares. The current downsize marks the second reduction in anticipated offering size.
