NNDM Chief Executive Yoav Stern on Wednesday urged shareholders to reject three board nominees from activist shareholder Murchinson Ltd. and vote for the company’s slate of board members at the 3D printing machine maker’s annual meeting on Sept 7. A vote in favor of Murchinson’s nominees would “turn the keys over to a bad actor who has no knowledge of the industry or ability to run the company,” the Waltham, Mass., company said.
